Terms of service
By ordering from Lucky Sew and Sew (‘we’, ‘us’, etc.) you are agreeing to the following terms:
Our Contract with You
1. Once an order is placed, we will review your order and, should this be accepted, you will
receive an acknowledgment email. Once that email is sent, a contract will be formed between
yourself and Lucky Sew and Sew and requests to cancel orders are not accepted we will get to work fulfilling your order. All orders aresubject to availability and confirmation. We reserve all rights to not confirm any order made
with us at our sole discretion. Once an order is received, we will confirm acceptance or
rejection of the order within 7 days.
2. We will refund any monies already paid should we cancel or reject an order.
3. You may be able to alter your order within a short period of ordering. Any
alterations will be up to our discretion, and alterations may require an
additional fee.

For any issues with an order, please use https://luckysewandsew.co.uk/pages/contact-us rather than
our social media accounts.
We try our best to get back to you within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee this, particularly
during our busy periods. Please note, our working days are Monday to Friday, other than bank holidays
in England and Wales and national holidays in Spain. We will not respond to any correspondence outside
those days.
Taking measurements
When you first place an order with us, you will be required to send us your measurements. Whilst we
provide guidance on how to take these measurements (which can be found here: https://luckysewandsew.co.uk/pages/how-to-measure-for-your-bras, we
cannot be held liable for incorrect measurements you send us, and will not be able to provide refunds
for items made following those measurements.
Breastfeeding

Delivery
We are not responsible for any items which are lost in the post (whether this be an order sent by us or a
return in accordance with these terms). Our standard shipping option does not include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking, please do so at checkout, or
contact us directly.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates, and will depend on delivery services. Lucky Sew and Sew are
not be liable for any deliveries which occur after the delivery dates provided, should such delay be
caused by delays in delivery services. We will do our best to keep you updated of any changes or delays
we are aware of.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Other than in the circumstances set out above, due to the nature of our garments (intimate apparel) and
the fact that they are custom made, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or permit the cancellation
of orders.
However, if there is an issue with your order when it arrives, for instance if the fit isn't perfect, please
contact us and we will attempt to amend the items or will remake your order to ensure a perfectly
fitting garment. Any such amendments or remakes may incur an additional fee. You should contact us
within 5 days of receiving your order, and you will need to return any items which are being amended or
remade within 7 days. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We will ask you to double check
your measurements. If any fit issues are due to incorrect measurements being supplied to us, you will
not be eligible for any amendments or remakes.
