Shipping policy

Each order will arrive wrapped in acid-free, untreated, natural tissue paper, inside a hand-stamped kraft paper mailer. Our mailers are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. We like to make sure our practices and products are as sustainable and low impact as possible. We're happy to have made our packaging as earth-friendly as possible and to have brought our packaging in line with our values.

Items are posted from Spain via Correos.

Our standard shipping option does not include tracking. 

If you would like to include tracking on your parcel, please select the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout and the tracking details will be provided to you upon shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. If in doubt, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

Occasionally items can be delayed at customs and will take a little longer to arrive than usual. Please be patient with the post.

Any international import taxes or duties due on your parcel are to be paid by the customer and are calculated by your local customs office.
